Troy Smith, age 32, was tragically found shot to death in his car on the morning of January 13, 2017, in Cincinnati's West End neighborhood. The discovery took place just a couple of blocks away from an elementary school, adding to the community's shock and concern. Authorities identified Smith after responding to reports of a person found unresponsive in a vehicle. Upon arrival, they confirmed that he had succumbed to gunshot wounds.
