David Angel Villalobos Valdovinos, a 30-year-old man from San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2020. The incident occurred near the Las Americas Premium Outlets in San Ysidro, where Villalobos was fatally shot by U.S. Border Patrol Agent Ryan Gonsalves.
