Timothy Bynum Sr., a 39-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically died on July 24, 2015. He was found with a gunshot wound in the 1200 block of Elberon Avenue and was later pronounced dead at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Timothy Bynum Sr. was African American.
