Delrec Dwayne Avant, a 22-year-old African American male from Momence, Illinois, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2014, in Columbus, Ohio. He was fatally injured in a one-vehicle traffic crash at 5730 Roche Drive, where he and Dorcas D. Law, 24, were found with gunshot wounds to their upper bodies.
