Bryan K. Hawk Jr., a 22-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2016, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred outside the Xclusive Venue Nightclub on Channingway Center Drive. Around 2:12 a.m., police officers responded to reports of gunshots being fired outside the nightclub. Upon arrival, they found Hawk Jr. lying on the ground near the parking lot, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Despite being transported to Grant Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 2:54 a.m.
