Ralph L. Thomas III, a 20-year-old African American male from Youngstown, OH, tragically passed away on July 19, 2016. Ralph, affectionately known as "Larry," was born on August 10, 1995, and was a 2013 graduate of Liberty High School. He was known for his love of football and basketball, and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
