Marion Bugdal Jr., a 52-year-old man from Youngstown, OH, was tragically shot to death on July 6, 2017. Bugdal had been complaining about a man named Alex New, who had been harassing and robbing him. On the day of his death, Bugdal was seen carrying a pipe he had found and asked a neighbor if he could turn it into a gun. However, he decided against it due to fear of it exploding.
