Thomas J. Belcher, a 52-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed at his residence in Mansfield, Ohio, on August 28, 2016. Belcher, who was the co-owner of Belcher's House of Rock, was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The incident was reported to the Mansfield Police Department around 3 a.m. after a call about a "man down" during a possible burglary. Upon arrival, officers discovered Belcher's body and also found containers and bags of illegal drugs at the scene. ...
