In the early morning hours of Thursday, March 4, 2021, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Millbrook, Alabama neighborhood, leaving a young man clinging to life. Responding to a report of a person shot in the 4100 block of Abrams Drive, Millbrook police officers discovered 27-year-old Lewis Lucas suffering from a gunshot wound.
