Alexander Chatman Sr., a 43-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed early on the morning of September 22, 2016, near the intersection of Glenmore and Schwartze avenues in Westwood, Cincinnati, OH. He was found dead upon the arrival of police, who immediately launched an investigation into his death.
