On May 22, 2017, William Terrance Bell III, aged 30, was fatally shot in Cincinnati, Ohio. The shooting took place in the 900 block of Churchill Avenue, located in Hamilton County. The incident occurred late in the evening at approximately 11:05 p.m., when Bell arrived at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center by private conveyance with gunshot wounds.
