Ronald Messer, a 24-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically killed on December 29, 1971. He was shot at 20 East Liberty Street in Cincinnati, in what remains an unsolved homicide. The incident took place late at night, and despite the Cincinnati Police Department's efforts, no suspects have been apprehended in connection with the crime.
