De'Marco Scruggs, a 22-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on October 26, 2015. He was found shot to death in the yard of an apartment complex in the Roselawn neighborhood. Emergency crews attempted to treat him at the scene, but he succumbed to his injuries. The Cincinnati Homicide Unit took over the investigation, but no suspects were identified at the time, and no arrests have been made since.
