Javeir Randolph, a 16-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, OH, was tragically shot and killed on October 13, 2021, in Evanston. According to reports, a car pulled up and someone inside began shooting at him. Javeir attempted to flee, but the shooter continued firing until he collapsed in the street.
