On September 4, 2006, Sam Brown III, a 30-year-old man, was shot and killed at 3587 Haven Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. The shooting took place during the evening hours in Hamilton County, and Brown was discovered at the location with fatal gunshot wounds.
