On August 22, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in the Westwood neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, resulting in the death of Gojuan Spurling, a 35-year-old man. The Cincinnati Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the area, and upon arrival, they found Spurling suffering from gunshot wounds.
