Charles Randall Woods, an 18-year-old African American male from Lincoln Heights, Ohio, tragically passed away on October 4, 2008, in Cincinnati, OH. He was born on February 21, 1990, and was the beloved son of Lynn M. Woods Sr. and Pamela Baines Woods. Charles was shot at 5488 Bahama Terrace in Cincinnati, OH, which led to his untimely death.
