William Earl Howard, a 26-year-old male of White ethnicity, tragically died on November 5, 2016, in Columbus, OH. He was found in the front doorway of a residence in the 700 block of S. Ogden Avenue, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite immediate medical attention, Howard was pronounced dead at the scene.
