Jermaine Wagner, a 24-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically passed away on September 4, 2017. He was a loving father to two children, Ali'Yanna and Chance, and the son of Janice Swanna and the late James Wagner Sr. Jermaine was also cherished by his seven siblings.
