Anthony Lamar Wynn, Sr., a 50-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Cleveland, OH, tragically passed away on December 3, 2022. He was fatally shot at a Shell gas station located at the intersection of St. Clair Avenue and East 110th Street in Cleveland. According to police reports, Wynn was found lying on the ground in front of his truck in a puddle of blood, and he was later pronounced dead at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.
