Dvaughn Carter, a 25-year-old male from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2021. He was fatally injured in a shooting incident at a gas station on Broadway Avenue's 7200 block. The incident occurred around 3:20 a.m. when Carter was involved in an argument with a woman inside the gas station. Another man, who was present during the altercation, shot Carter multiple times, leading to his death at the scene.
