On May 5, 2023, Paris Garrett, a 29-year-old resident of Cleveland, Ohio, was fatally shot outside the Wolf Cove Apartments in Bedford. He was shot alongside 23-year-old Jermeer Banks. While Banks succumbed to his injuries at the scene, Garrett was transported to South Pointe Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.

The shooting incident has drawn significant attention, prompting Crime Stoppers to offer a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and ...
