Andre Williams, a 35-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically died on July 14, 2018. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound, and the incident was ruled a homicide. The shooting occurred in Cleveland's Central neighborhood, specifically on the 2600 block of East 71st Street. Emergency Medical Services transported Williams to a local hospital, but he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
