Thomas Charles McDonald, a 33-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2021, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was fatally shot in the downtown area near Carnegie Avenue. According to reports, McDonald was shot multiple times in an alley behind a business on Carnegie Avenue.
