MacArthur Harrell, a 36-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on July 9, 2015, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting at a gas station parking lot. Harrell, a single father, had recently gained custody of his six children and had secured an apartment to accommodate his entire family.
