Seventeen-year-old Jahari Stegall, a male from Cleveland, walked up to the 185th Deli in the city’s North Collinwood neighborhood on the evening of September 19, 2025. It was just after 7 p.m. when emergency crews were called; Cleveland EMS pronounced Jahari Stegall, age 17, dead at the scene.
