On the night of September 11, 2017, 52-year-old Thomas Moon, a male from Cincinnati, Ohio, was involved in a tragic shooting incident in the West Price Hill neighborhood. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire on Rosemont Avenue around 10 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered that three individuals had been shot.
