Jesus Manuel Balbi, 25, disappeared on November 5, 1991, while visiting Syracuse, New York, with his girlfriend, Xiomara Rodriguez. Both originally from New York City, they were last seen around 7:00 p.m. leaving a residence on Hawley Avenue in their blue 1984 Oldsmobile. The car was later found abandoned in Upper Onondaga Park, but neither Balbi nor Rodriguez has been heard from since.
