Quamere Rogers, a 3-year-old boy, was last seen in Syracuse, New York, on December 1, 2008. His case remains unsolved, with troubling details surrounding his disappearance. Quamere, nicknamed "Quatti," was reportedly last known to be with his mother's then-boyfriend, Damion Davis. The boy's mother had left the abusive relationship in 2006 and had not seen Quamere since.
