Qua'mere Rogers, a three-year-old boy from Syracuse, New York, was last seen in late November 2008, although the official date of his disappearance is often cited as December 1, 2008. At the time he went missing, he was approximately 2 feet 5 inches tall and weighed 30 pounds.
