Desean Jamael Plair, a 30-year-old African American man from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on January 6, 2018. He was found shot inside a vehicle near Borden and Elmore streets in the South Cumminsville neighborhood. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Plair succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
