Death by Force

Joseph Palmer, aged 17, was fatally shot on May 8, 2012, on Detroit's northeast side. The incident occurred around 7:45 p.m. on the 13000 block of Mitchell, near Victoria Street and the Davison Freeway. Palmer was found critically wounded and later succumbed to his injuries.
