In the early morning hours of May 29, 2013, Isiah Hunt, a 28-year-old male, was shot and killed on Detroit's west side in the 15000 block of Rockdale, near Lahser and Fenkell Streets. Hunt was reportedly getting into his vehicle at his home when he was approached by an unknown individual. As he attempted to retreat back into his residence, the assailant opened fire, fatally wounding him.
