Jonai Harrison, a 21-year-old from River Rouge, Michigan, was tragically found dead on December 15, 2022, after being reported missing by a relative on December 9, 2022. His body was discovered by River Rouge police officers at West Pleasant and I-75 Freeway in Detroit, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his body and neck. The investigation revealed that Harrison had been fatally shot on December 8, 2022, and his body was subsequently moved to another location.
