Tyree L. Mitchell, a 27-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2018, in Dayton, Ohio. He was found shot inside a white Ford car in the parking lot of the Whitmore Arms Apartments on Midway Avenue. The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office confirmed his identity. Mitchell was shot at least once in the upper torso area.
Dayton police were dispatched to the scene and found a person of interest in custody, but no one has been charged with the crime.
