On July 7, 2024, at approximately 2:50 a.m., Dayton police responded to reports of gunfire near the International School at Residence Park, located at Oakridge Drive and Geneva Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered 33-year-old Britton Harrison lying on the front lawn of the school; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
