Shamyrion Edward Duke Alexander, an 11-year-old boy from Dayton, Ohio, tragically passed away on August 4, 2021. Shamyrion was accidentally shot by a young relative, also around the same age, inside their home on Randolph Street. The incident occurred shortly after 9 p.m., and Shamyrion was pronounced dead at the scene. The gun involved in the shooting was a 40-caliber handgun, which was recovered by the police.
