Randy Tillman, a 54-year-old male of White ethnicity from Dayton, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on January 27, 2014. He was sitting in a car near the intersection of Haberer and Burwood avenues when he was shot in the chest. The incident was investigated as a possible drug deal gone bad, as it appeared that Tillman was waiting to conduct a drug transaction. A woman who was in the car with Tillman was detained and questioned about the incident, but she was not taken into custody.
