Jamell Dion Coleman, a 44-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on June 3, 2018, in Dayton, Ohio. Coleman was found deceased inside an apartment on Basswood Avenue early that Sunday morning. The incident occurred after shots were fired from the residence, and another individual was also injured but survived with non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the shooting remains unknown, but neighbors described the area as a drug-infested environment.
