Nolan NaShawn Lovett Sr., a 32-year-old African American man from Mansfield, OH, tragically passed away on May 3, 2018. He was shot in front of 737 Bowman Street and later pronounced dead at OhioHealth MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Witnesses reported a brief verbal altercation between Lovett and the suspect before the shooting occurred.
