Demarcus D. Heard, an 18-year-old male from Mansfield, OH, tragically died on December 18, 2016, after being shot in the shoulder. He was taken to OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred as Demarcus was on his way home from the store, and it was reported to be a "drive-by" shooting.
