Ralph Hartwell Jr., a 26-year-old Black male from Akron, OH, tragically lost his life on May 12, 2018. He was fatally shot while driving near 1313 Manchester Road in Akron. The incident occurred at approximately 2:36 PM, and despite ongoing investigations, the case remains unsolved. The Akron Police Department has been actively seeking information and urging anyone with knowledge about the incident to come forward with tips.
