Kenneth Veley, a 16-year-old male from Toledo, Ohio, tragically lost his life on June 11, 2018. His body was discovered around 9:00 a.m. in a driveway on East Central Avenue. Kenneth was pronounced dead at the scene by Toledo Fire & Rescue Department personnel.
