Kenneth Veley, a 16-year-old male from Toledo, Ohio, tragically lost his life on June 11, 2018. His body was discovered around 9:00 a.m. in a driveway on East Central Avenue. Kenneth was pronounced dead at the scene by Toledo Fire & Rescue Department personnel. Earlier that morning, at around 12:22 a.m., police had received a call about three gunshots heard in the area of Elm and Central.
