Kevin Wheeler, 31, was tragically shot and killed on May 29, 2012, in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred while Wheeler was stopped at a red light at Livernois and Ewald Circle. A man approached his vehicle and fired multiple shots into the car before fleeing the scene in an older gray sedan.
