On August 20, 2018, Julian Davis Higgins, a 31-year-old male, was found shot to death in a parking lot on Wedgewood Drive in Columbus, Ohio. He was discovered lying beside a trash dumpster, suffering from a gunshot wound, and was pronounced dead at the scene by Columbus fire personnel. The incident was the 70th homicide in Columbus that year.
