Shedrick Parker III, a 30-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on May 22, 2018, in Columbus, Ohio. He was found unresponsive behind a parked vehicle on East 20th Avenue, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Grant Medical Center, he was pronounced deceased at 4:54 a.m. The incident occurred around 4:17 a.m., when Columbus Police officers responded to the scene.
