Courdney Sims, a 25-year-old male from Columbus, Ohio, was shot and killed on September 11, 2016. The incident occurred after Courdney attempted an armed robbery at a United Dairy Farmers (UDF) store located on West Broad Street. At around 12:26 a.m., Sims entered the store with a silver handgun, went behind the counter, and took cash from several registers.
