On February 20, 2017, Rusty Oehlers, a 27-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was fatally shot during an incident that occurred on South Hague Avenue. The Columbus Police Department received information when Oehlers and another victim arrived at Mount Carmel West Hospital in a private vehicle. It was reported that both victims had sustained gunshot wounds, with Rusty Oehlers being in critical condition.
