Stacie Ramon Hester, a 49-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on July 7, 2019, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 11:47 p.m. when Columbus Police Officers responded to a report of gunfire at Hester's residence on South Richardson Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Hester lying on the floor, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Grant Medical Center in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries early the next morning.
