Neko Larkin, a 21-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2019. He was riding a Metro bus through North Avondale when two individuals started shooting at each other on the street. A stray bullet struck Larkin, who was an innocent bystander. Despite the bus driver's efforts to rush him to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Larkin could not be saved.
